| 1. | GHDSeriespumps operate over a wide range they can attain verylowultimatevacuum (10-2 Pa) and use KF flanges whicharedesignedto achieve high vacuum. Use of high vacuum flangesisrecommendedfor best performance. | | 2. | GHDSeriespumps are not recommended for applications involvingtoxicorcorrosive gases. (See GCD Series). | | 3. | Anoil-sealed rotary pump is not recommended forcontinuousoperationnear atmospheric pressure. |
