Although it has taken much time to analyze the image when youextract the cells and determine whether cells are dead or viableuntil now, at present it can be easily set by adjusting the levelbar as you are observing the image. Moreover this setting conditioncan be saved with the cell type so that you do not need to repeatthe same measurement every time .

Usually only operator has confirmed the measurement results, andsubmitted the results in the form of hand-written memo. D/A CellCounter can save the results as cell images. You can easily createa report because both results and images are transferred to Excelsheet in one click.
