■RE800的机能

-真空控制 -
沸点可以说成为周围压力和各液体相等于饱和蒸汽压。
饱和蒸气压的数值根据温度的变化、温度如果越低的话，饱和蒸汽压的数值也就变低。装置内控制压力下降的同时各个液体的沸点下降，这个叫做真空控制。

-蒸汽温度 -
达到沸点的液体变成气体。
这时得气体温度作为蒸汽温度。

-自动蒸馏 -

决定任意的蒸气温度、传感器試料的蒸汽温度测定为止，装置内的压力下降。达到检知过后的蒸气温度的同时，压力在真空状态控制。突沸在細微的压力变化下检知。
检查的时候进行减压调整，防止突然沸腾。以上的操作只要决定了蒸汽温度，就可以自动进行。


-安装在-RE800的自動蒸留 -

主要溶剂53种类的饱和蒸汽压曲线在装置内会有记忆记录。
填入任意（希望值）的蒸气温度、真空压力会自动的决定。
还有客户的数据可以追加记录10余种类。

yamato Rotary Evaporators, modelsRE300/600/800, are easily raised or lowered by simple operation ofswitch. Model RE800, can be pre-set, so that when operation of therotary evaporator ceases, unit will be raised.

Digital settings and display in Japanese or English
The evaporator's motor speed(rpm), vacuum(degrees) and vaportemperature can be digitally set and displayed. Experimentalconditions and steps during a reaction can be saved and repeated infuture. Display language can be chose either Japanese orEnglish.(Only the rpm of the motor can be digitally displayed inmodel RE300.)

Resin-made hose joints are used for easy connection of cooling water and vacuum hoses to their corresponding glass ports.

*Vacuumseal
The fluoro-rubber vacuum sealwith its multistage configuration is designed to maintain thestability of reduced pressures. Pure Teflon vacuum seal is alsoavailable as an option for evaporation of ether-based andketone-based liquids.。

*Carefully designed safetymeasures
The evaporator can detectany malfunctions in the driving mechanisms in the rotary sectionand the lifting device, and will automatically stop to ensuresafety. It can also automatically detect abnormal temperatures inthe water bath and oil bath and will stop the operation of theevaporator(only for models RE600/800).

*Stable rotation at low and highspeeds
Together with the digitalsetting and display, the rotary evaporator maintains a stablerotation by using the feedback control feature. This ensuresprecise reproducibility of experiments.

-Vacuumregulation -
Boiling point indicates a temperature at which ambientpressure becomes equal to the saturated vapor pressure of a liquid.The saturated vapor pressure varies with the temperature. Thepressure goes down when the temperature decreases. "Vacuumregulation" is the reduction in the internal pressure of a vesselwhich can decrease the boiling point of aliquid.

-Vaportemperature -
Once a liquid reaches its boiling point, it startsvaporizing, generating bubbles and foam. (This is different fromwhat is generally known as "bumping".) The temperature of the vaporin this state is called "vapor temperature".

-Automatic distillation-
After the desired vapor temperature is preset, pressure isreduced until the temperature reaches the preset temperature. Thereduced pressure is maintained at this temperature. When the vaportemperature deviates from its setting, the automatic distillationfeature will either proceed to the next step (setting) in theoperation or stop the operation there. This feature detects even afine fluctuation of pressure and automatically regulates it toprevent bumping and ensure gradual change inpressure.
